               The Theme from the  Caprice Le Calme,
               Opus 50  is offered as a trio to introduce
               students of  the instrument to  a  work of
               great  charm.  The  piece was  written  in
               Paris in 1832.  The demanding variations
               in  the  middle  of  the  piece  have  been
               ommitted, but anyone wishing to explore
